We brew our own delicious beer, bringing out the flavors of Hawaii in oh so tasteful ways! The logos are specially drawn to visually accent the flavor of our beers. They have been so popular that we have made them available on T-shirts and other memorabilia, click here.

Imaged here are our two primary beers - the lighter Luau Lager and the rich Waimea Bay Pale Ale. We have 8 of our 12 home micro brews and a variety of beers on tap. Here is a list of our micro brews and few of our favorite beers.

Luau Lager

Luau Lager embodies the spirit of Aloha. With a smooth, fresh flavor that is crisp on the palate, this light bodied lager has a rich golden hue, and is delicately hopped with an assortment of the freshest hops available. Your beer from Waimea Brewing Company will truly be your "Last Beer Before Tomorrow".

Waimea Bay Pale Ale

With a copper hue and an assertive hop character, Waimea Bay Pale Ale is a perfect consequence of creative imagination, blending an exceptional variety of aromatic and bittering hops with some of the finest 2 row malts available to man. Once you taste it, you'll know what paradise is all about.

Alcohol: 5.4% by Volume

 Wai'ale'ale Ale
(why ah lee ah lee)


Waimea Brewing Company's Flagship Ale. Light bodied and moderately hopped golden ale finished with aromatic "Liberty" hops, giving it a fruity aroma with a refreshing finish.

For those who just came down from visiting the wettest spot on earth, Mt. Wai'ale'ale... this "wet" beer is for you!!

Na Pali Pale Ale

More body, color, and hop character than our Wai'ale'ale Ale, this unfiltered American style Pale Ale is an easy drinking beer, perfect for the warm climate of Hawaii.
This beer is darker than Wai'ale' Ale, and the stay has a small bitter zing to it.

Na Pali was created to reflect the rugged cliffs of the Na Pali Coastline. This is a nani (beautiful) place to see.

Pakala Porter

A bold full bodied, robust porter with a rich chocolaty, roasted flavor. Not for the light hearted beer drinker but a delight for any dark beer fan.

This beer was named after the famous West Side surf break. This surf spot reflects the character of our porter; shaka good flavor and tailored to perfection.

Captain Cooks Original IPA (India Pale Ale)

Heavily hopped ale has a distinctive smooth bitterness. Slightly malty in character with an assertive aroma and bouquet that comes only from dry hopping
Hmmm.... this one is really strong!

This beer was named after the famous explorer, Captain Cook, who first landed in Hawaii on the island of Kauai near Waimea in 1786. He was hapai'ing (carrying) with him barrels of his finest IPA.

Hops (Bittering Units): 55 IBU

West Side Wheat

A traditional American wheat ale, lightly hopped with a refreshing clean crisp flavor. Try it straight up or with a lemon.

Leilani Light

A crisp light golden ale brewed with just a touch of crystal malt and malted wheat delivers a pleasantly mellow hopped character along with a smooth finish.

Cane Fire Red

This full bodied ale has a deep red hue with a distinctive malty character balanced by an assortment of the freshest hops available.

Kawika's ESB

This unfiltered Extra Special Bitter packs an aggressive hoppy character with a medium body and light copper hue. Dry hopped with plentiful amounts of Chinook hops.

Hops: 45 IBU
Original Gravity: 12.0 Plato


Alakai Stout

The big chocolate roasted flavor, malty character, and nitrogen blend gives this stout the "meal in a glass" effect.

Uli'uli Brown

Lightly hopped, this brown reflects an ale that is moderately malty in character and slightly nutty in flavor with a hint of chocolate.
